I would let her go for now. You have made many attempts to contact her and if she was truly interested she would have found time to get back to you. Sounds like she is not ready to break up with her boyfriend. Just let her go for now...maybe down the road she will end it with him for good and get in contact with you, but for now go out, meet other girls and have fun!
