My nan wants to die in her own home, shes in hospice but they won't let her?

Shes paralysed, hallucinating, cold hands and feet, forgetful, in pain and keeps begging everyone to let her go home so she can die in her own home but they won't let her as she has to have a hoist to let her go loo but now shes on a cathardar? dont know what that is.. and on calming pills and morphine. :(
