Harment from HDFC bank?

Hello, I need guidance and advice regarding the following problem.My uncle had taken many loans from different banks and he had given my fathers name as reference without our knowledge.Hes a defaulter and has left the city long but the rest of his family still resides in mumbai.The problem is that we( my father) has been receiving haring calls from the bank for many months now but inspite of telling them that we have no idea about his business dealings and the loan and we ourselves are estranged with him, the bank officials continue to call our residence and troubles us.The last straw was a call from some hdfc bank employee and he gave me such bad words and the way he talked, it was disgusting, i told him to mind his language and atleast show some courtesy to a female still he harped on.Yes by now i should be in a police station to lodge a complaint but my father is worried about family reputation.i know the bank officials name and i need a good lawyers name who can help us proceed.
