What can cause really red cheeks?

Teething. All of my kids had red cheeks like this when they were about to sprout a tooth! An on coming cold can also do this, even though she doesn't have any symptoms of a cold it could be settling in, watch out for a runny nose! If she has no other symptoms of having an allergy to the tomato I would ume it was not caused from this.but you can attempt to give it to her again, if you want, to see if it makes he cheeks red again.
