My puppy bites so hard soooo much!?

I know it is completely normal for puppies to bite due to cuoriosity and teething but do you have any tips besides saying "no bites!" and closing there mouth because that is not working. She literally just bit by stud earing and pulled it and took it out ahhahah. And she has bit some of my eye lashes off because she will just mover her faces and bite by eye ahhha. Its hilarious because after she bites she likes the spot so idk what to do. She is only 1 pund and a half but is crazzyyyy and bites like crazy and its hard too! How do i stop this?
