Help me with this leo male?

So I practically grew up with this leo male. We have been friends for like 8 yrs. and I have been growing feelings for him and we kissed last summer. So lat weekend I decided to go see him at his college, he told me to come visit him so I did. He lives 2 hrs away and I got there real late, so I spent the night. He told me not to get food cause he had gotten me some, so when I arrived he had it set out for me. Which was nice...then we went for a walk. And he drove us to get snacks and a movie. And in his car he played that song by kc and jojo "all my life" but he said he didn't know what was on the cd, haha. I dunno. anyways we went back to his room and we were sitting on the same bed and we made out a bit, but no or anything cause we are not like that. And I told him I didnt want him to treat me like all his other girls and he got silent and said no i don't and I would have been fine if we just hung out and he said we go way back. BUT I don't know if he really means that...b/c just two days later he changes his facebook profile picture of some girl kissing him on a cheek? what the hell I was just with him two days ago and he does that.....why? is he trying to make me jealous? he texted me today asking If I could help him with a paper but I didnt respond cause I am sooo angry. So should I be rude and respond back like "maybe the girl in ur profile pic can help u." or should I ignore him? I care so much about him, that this really hurts? would he get upset with me if I am rude back? how do u tell a leo male that u feel hurt?
