What does it mean when you cant stop thinking?

I mean am i going crazy or is it normal for a high schooler to have her mind running about the future? I cant stop thinking, will someone love me adventually, will i get into that college? Will I make it in life? Will life go as i planned? so many questions, i get to the point i can not sleep at night, my mind is always racing
