What are my chances to study in MIT?

Getting into MIT is very hard. Since you are currently studying in Croatia your first step would be to come as an exchange student to US and study at a state university or other college. While doing that you would have to prove that you are highly capable and would have to get only the best grades possible. From there you could start thinking about possibly transferring to MIT or at least take coarse there until you can transfer.
