I need I-94 HELP PLEASE?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!…

I'm on a tourist Visa from the Philippines. i lost my pport during connecting flights from different states and need to get back to attend college within the next week. I did get a traveller's doent from the Philippine consulate though. How do i get an I-94? i know the USCIS site says one has to pay $320 and wait 2 months but i don't have two months. please someone help with sound and quick advice? PLEASE?!!!
