Ok i for once and for all want to no is it worth studying in eastern europe or not,for dental post grad or not?

im fanatic about soviet past and a self proclaimed communist and surprise surprise im from pakistan,ive done research about varsities in kiev,charles varsity poland and and what not,at face value these varsity sites seem as good as western institutes,then again at the back of the head ,many people think that they are still getting out of the iron curtain,they plainly say not good enough,as if we must not appreciate progress,need ure help thanks,
