It's okay. What you want in case of a tough spot is Cradily with the moves, Stockpile (raises defense and special defense over and over), Recover (so it never KOs), Toxic (to slowly KO the other pokemon), Earth Power (for a decent offensive move). With that in your team, you can beat any trainer. I use this at level 100 and I only lost once because it was the only pokemon I used.
