I need a name for my new vegetable product?

I'm working on a new product right now but I need a catchy name. With all the vegetarian "meats" on the market that some people say taste like meat although they're made from vegetables (Personally I think they taste like compost), I thought it would be a great idea to market "vegetables" that are actually made out of meat but taste like vegetables. So far I've made a carrot substitute from beef and a really good broccoli substitute from pork. It takes a good bit of food dye to get the right color but it's doable. The problem is I need a catchy name to market my meat-etarian vegetables. Any ideas?
