I AM OR ALMOST 5 MONTHS PREGNANT,I HAVE NOT BEEN TO THE DOCTOR YET!?

Please do not me mean about this!! I know that I need to go.I do not have a reason as to why I have not been.I have a two year old daughter already. I went to the doctor as soon as I found out that I was pregnant with her.I am so afraid that the doctor is gonna take my baby away from me when it is born because I have not been!I told my mom that and she said I was silly for thinking that, but I need to get to the doctor!!! What I really need help on is what I am gonna tell the doctor when I first go in there,cause they need to know for blood work,and all that stuff.They really need to do a sonogram when I go in there but I don't know what to tell them. I am so scared they are going to be mean about it.Someone Please help me!But be nice at the same time!
