My son has just been diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome. What now?

I recovered my children using only medical stuff (diets, herbs, homeopathy). I used no other therapies other than speech for some of them, which did help, but when the medical treatments were started, their speech corrected without any more speech therapy.
