Sweet 16 advice- court or no court?!?

Okay I'm having a sweet 16 in may. It's a princess theme- the colors are Tiffany blue and white. But I was wondering if I should add a little pink in their to make it more 'princessy'. Well anyways I was wondering if I should have a court maybe like 4 girls and 4 boys. The girls dresses are going to be all Tiffany blue with a white bow that ties in the back and the boys would wear black suits with Tiffany blue ties. But I was wondering for the dance; should I do the waltz or some type of fanc dance? Please help I'm so confused.
