Why is the world completely oblivious to this solution to defeat the UK deficit?

I have to laugh at answers saying 'why should people who havent worked hard' as if people who are on minimum wage or working in normal jobs earning normal money dont work hard, harder really, then these ridiculously rich people yeah they have earned their money but nobody needs this kind of money. yeah, i do think that the mega rich should have to help out, if the 'little' people take cuts and tax rises and redundancies, a few billion is nothing to these people, its monopoly money anyway. and tax the football clubs and football players as well, its all a joke. never going to happen though. people get less generous the richer they get.
