Can I invest in the new KKR publicly traded entity?

I am a U.S. resident (not citizen). Can I invest in KKR's new listed private equity stock (KPEQF.PK or KPE.AS). It is listed on the Amsterdam stock exchange. Normally you have to be considered an "accredited investor", i.e. high net worth or high income. Is there a way to invest if you are not an accrediated investor?
