Does anyone have information about Xenical and how to register with Roches for freebies?

I am going to pick up my prescription this afternoon and would greatly appreciate any help and advice re Xenical, how to regulate the appropriate low fat diet and links to any other help because I am a fat ol' bird of 45 that wants/needs to be slim! I have been really slim all my life until 4 years ago when I started putting on weight after a breakdown. I am now completly recovered but obese. In late 2007 I have my sons wedding to go to and my graduation (nursing degree) so I really need anyone out there with anything to offer that may help....Thank you
