Is my pokemon team a good team to keep in d/p?

My team is chimchar,starly and that electric cat on route to jubilife and im gonna put in buizel,budew and gibel when i find one but im gonna have a hm slave bidoof then the evolved type for strngth and rock climb.and is it a good team to keep if i evovle them for the e4?
