I HAVE A SMALL ?!?

Okay, Help. I Have a small , and i want to find a cheap bathing suit that will make it look bigger. My are small too but im not too worried about that. When I say cheap I mean 15 dollars and under. SO I am 5'5 and 105-110 pounds. Long legs, and im skinny. Bleh, I hate my body, But, any ideas on what bathing suits will look good on me and where i can get them for cheap? I was thinking maybe, boy shorts, or hipsters ( i think thats what theyre callled) String bikini's dont work on my. They make my look even smaller :/ So help me out please!
