What is going on in my head?

Over my life, odd things have happened to me, like I see things that shouldnt be seen. Whenever I go any where, I will sometimes see likea dragon or a minitor or wha t have you. I cant go any where on my own because 1. I cant read due to dyslexia, and 2. I have ADHD, which the doctor says was caused by anxiety over not knowing my father. Recently, I saw a HUGE black thing walk across my front yard and I am really scared. Will someone tell me whats going on!?
