What should I do with this weirdo? ( sry it's so long)?

Alright so I knew ths guy from karate, he ran into some hf issuse and she hares him , he hates her but secretly still loves her, he used to be a very nice guy but now he has changed and become some what of a dog. So far from what I have hurd he is still an alright person . So it's been a year since I last saw him. I txted him really only to see if he had some kush, but then he didn't get that message he only got the"Hey what's up" message. So now he won't stop txtn me. I know he likes me. But I don't like him like that. So the other day he txts me back and we talk for a little about partyn and stuff. Then he asked if I was still a vergin or if I have ever given head. So I told him that, that was personal and that was f'd up. So I gave him the silent treatment for a few days. He kept calln me and txtn me say'n that he was sry. So I said it was fine. So we chafed a little. Then he says that he will be in town and he want to take me out for dinner. I till him I'm busy cuz of school and graduation. I dunno what to do, cuz I really don't give a rats *** about him. He isn't a respectful person (some other issuse wnt down when we used to train). Should I be straight forward with him, play with him a little(not ually), or other?
